Great news! I was been confirmed for my current job with effect on the 1st Dec 2005. Yeah! Guess tis is my early bdae present from the company :P
Supposely, the probation should be for 3 mths till 21st Dec but they decided to bring forward my confirmation after considering my performance. There is a saying that goes " You reap wat u have sowed". Guess my efforts in wk can be seen and recognised. And of coz my boss & colleagues have been beri patient and helpful in coaching me. The other piece of great news is that my company is willing to subsidise courses for me if i am keen and eager to take up studies again. ( PS: i told my boss i keen in taking degree course and he gladly agreed to it). Hope tat tis time it will not be another failure attempt. Guess the lucky clover has been taking its effect.

Good things are worth the waiting....
