Happy Week...It's Appraisal Week...

Got a promotion in grade but not much difference in terms of benefits and title..

Most impt is salary adjustment. I have my income increased. Amount is more than i expected. Damm happy liao lo. At least got more motivation to work liao.

Luckily, so far the people i work with have been putting good words for me and no 1 ever complaint abt me.

Tik i will continue to stay in the company liao lo. :)

19.7.2007, Thursday:

Boring day @ Work..All my bosses left office...so bo liao.....

I did some housekeeping @ my own workstation. It is definately become more crampy as compared when i first joined the company..More little barang barang (All gifts from my colleagues....Hee..)

Next week, boss will be doing apprasial for all of us. Dunno what he is going to say to me also. Hope there will be increament for me as $$$ matters a lot to me now. I am not young anymore, got to plan for my future.

Let's wait and see what happens next week.

When all hopes seem to diminish, a miracle happened. Tik god is still kind to me.

Okie, i take back my words in my earlier post..












In the recent balloting @ Punggol, Hougang & Sengkang, although my queue number was 662, i still managed to secure an unit @ Sengkang, Anchorvale Road. Keys are only ready for collection within 3 months. Have been waiting so long for this day to come. Can't describe my feelings now. Happy and excited abt my new home. On the other hand, feel sad to be separated soon from my parents and brother.

Meantime, we have to start sourcing for a reliable contractor whom we will feel comfortable with. Also have to start shopping for new furnitures and appliances. Gonna be quite broke liao during this period of time :X

I damm "shuy" lo.

Despite balloting for so many times, always ended up in vain when it's our turn for flat selection. I have totally given up hope on HDB liao. Think Darling & me will find open market resale flat instead. However, we prefer flats with full glass windows. Does anyone noes which area has 4-room flats with full glass windows besides Punggol and Sengkang?

It's is flat hunting time!

30.6.2007, Saturday:

Saturday is always my favourite day of the week.

Darling & me went over to Iris & CY house to take a look at their new home renovation. Overall, i feel that the house design is not bad. Just that the designer got some stupid attitude problem and the workmanship for carpentry works is not to satisfactory level. Hopefully by next week, the renovation can hand-over on time.

After that, we went to Jurong Point for our late lunch before proceeding to meet Alex & Vincent @ Funan as Alex is sourcing for new PC. Realised that most latest PCs are pre-installed with new "Windows Vista" OS. Mine is still the outdated "Windows Xp".

Dinner was settled at 店小二 @ Marina Sq. We ordered the 6 pax set meal. My 3rd time there liao. Their speciality was the Herbal Roast Duck which i feel is a must try! The duck meat is tender & the skin is crispy. Yummy! But the last dish, the desert was a bit weird. Tik it was longans & sea coconuts mixed with 7-Up? Overall, service was quick and the price is quite afforable. We spent $24 each for the set meal.

Vincent, CY & Iris left after dinner, leaving the lonesome Alex, Darling & me. We decided to go KTV @ K Box. I have captured some funny clips during the singing session & uploaded to my Multiply. Can take a look there..Haha.
