Recently a close friend of mine has some problem with her marriage. I always see her as a lucky gal as her hubby loves her a lot..There are issues of commitment even after many yrs of long marathon. On christmas eve tat nite she sms me..telling me her problem. When she cry, i feel sad for her too but I feel so helpless as she needs me & there is nothing i can do except to lend her my listening ear & to comfort her..Sometimes it just makes me feel scared..Y issn't there everlasting love? I noe if i love a person i will love him till the end of the world..But will he do the same to me? I guess everlasting love only exists in fairy tales..Relationships now are too fragile..too easily affected by external factors.

A commitment is something that you'll find is never a sure thing. You have to realize that you never can tell what the future holds, all you can do is give it your best shot. Everyone feels heartbreak, and everyone looses out at least once or twice. It's just part of the territory. It's part of relationships. You'll also find that getting your heart broken hurts like nothing else, but it makes you a LOT stronger of a person.

Committing your love to someone means losing the chance to experience another's love. So just be sure the person you’re committed to deserves your love or else it’s not worth the sacrifice.

Everyone needs to be valued. Everyone has the potential to give something back.

I was quite busy for last week until there was no time for me to blog. A few things have happened for last wk.

Tues, met up with the usual gang @ bugis. Guess wat? We went for the yummy crabs session @ Liang Seah St. Adam's treat. YEAH! We ordered 2 different styles of crabs : - black pepper & spring onions crabs. Forgot to took some pics of the crabs though. Then after, we went to Cloud 9. I was singing my fav duet song "Bu De Bu Ai". Adam, u still need more practice for tis song ya. heehee. However, all of us went home early around 11 plus to catch the train ride home. Need to cut cost.

Thurs, I was feeling god damm guilty..& this feeling follows me for the rest of the few days. Can't blog abt it though. In the end, i went to Ministry of Sound with my friends Adam, Cyril & Ivee. We received free sms invitation hence there was no cover needed on tat day. MOS was super big. Double storey..There is a main dance floor on the 1st level. The music playing there was trance music..Dun quite noe how to dance with tis kind of music though. Anyway, they also have a few other rooms. Personally, i prefer the retro room. Nice & cosy with disco spotlights and coloured tiles..The seats are also veri comfortable. There is another room with a cage. Guess that is the R& B room. We havent really explore the area there but it looks quite happening there. I will have the chance next time.

Fri, went to my company function @ "The One" ktv after work..We were celebrating in a private function room. It was quite huge with pool table and lots of seatings. My boss had bought me a nice bracelet for my christmas present. Got a house phone as the christmas gift exchange present". So weird.. First time i received tis type of present. I was super high as i kept losing when playing games esp the "7-Up game". I guess i can nv be an accountant next time. Neverthless, it was a nite of drinking, laughing & getting to noe 1 another. I really enjoyed myself beri much tat nite.

Sat, it was christmas eve! I was counting down at the fisherman village with my sisters as well as my friends..So happy as it was the first time i celebrated christmas with my "closest 1". I love the beach & the cool breeze. Makes 1 feel so relax. It has been sooOOOooo long since i last came to Pasir Ris Park. We took quite a lot of lovely pics. Will be eager to see the pics as some pics are taken of my friends imitating animals after losing in playing games..hahaha.

Finally, on Sunday i went over to my ex-colleauge hse @ Serangoon for potluck n gift exchange..I was too engrossed in the vcd show of "Hua Mu Lan" featuring the Mark Lee, Jack Neo & Patricia Mok. It is tyically teochew comedy show...The show was so funny..esp the cast was speaking broken teochew langauge..hahaha. I had gotten a Crabtree & Evelyn hazelnut cookies as the gift exchange present. After the gathering, went over to Pub fuel to met my friends Iris, Richard & Adam for drinking before heading home..Real tired already. My mind & body needs to a good rest...

Fri nite, i met up with my friends Richard, Adam, Vincent, Iris and my dear sis Karen for dinner @ our usual meeting place - bugis. As usual, Miss Karen was the last to reach...We had a dinner at a coffee shop @ Liang Seah St. to eat zhu chao. Some1 promised to treat us the yummy crabs & shark fin soup next wk. Well, let us see & wait. Dun forget ur promise ah.. or else the auntie at the coffe shop will be dissapointed. hehehehe. We ordered a few dishes and 2 vegetarian dishes as Karen was on vegetarian menu every Fri..After dinner, we proceeded to pub Fuel near bugis. We were so excited as there was pole dancing activites there..Karen went home after dinner as she was exhausted. 2nd time there to pub Fuel. Wah the dancer is so slim and sexy..No fats & tummy..See liao already feel so self -conscious of my own figure. I tik i must work harder during my gym sessions in order to convert all my fats to lean muscles. Tik the guys must be drooling with blood oozing from their noses. Went back earlier around 1 am plus as Iris needs to wake up early the following morning.

Ministry of Sound has offically opened..In fact i was supposed to go with my friend Adam yest on the offical opening. He can only invite 1 person but i was having severe gastric pain, hence in the end Ric replaced me ... No choice lor..guai guai rest & rot at home. Heard from them its super happening until there is no words can descibe man. Wahh..how i wish i can go. Die die next time must go..haha.

Thank you for making my bdae a pleasant and a splendi 1. Thanks for all my bdae gifts..I like it beri much..Wanted to write a post for my own bdae on Sunday but was having a headache due to the hangover. So i did not join in my friends for dinner on Sun. I was practically sleeping for the whole day and did not have any appetite for tat day as i was afraid of vomitting of wat i had eaten. The hangover was so bad until I tik i suffered for 1 or 2 days of STM (Short Term Memory). Couldn't even recall who sms me the following day when i woke up on Mon.

Finally on Mon afternoon, i was back to the normal me. I have met up dear Iris for gym session @ bkt gombak. I have done 1 hr of non stop gym exercise. Sweat Man. 2day i feel so tired..Really wanted to rest and do my housework as i have skipped it on Sun. Hence, missing the chance to meet up with my friends again..2molo going jogging with my boss after work. She is super Onz sia. I agreed steadily to her as i trying to shed off some extra fats on my body..

Currently, I m also feeling a bit depressed as my lymph nodes are still swollen. It is slightly better compared to 2 weeks ago. I have read from the internet some cases actually drag for months..even though infection has subsided. Feeling so lousy now... sob sob. No mood in going out. :( :(

I was super engrossed in finishing up my stuffs in office when my boss suddenly called me. "Gal this is for u...ur bdae present from us". I was quite surprised as i didn't expect my colleagues to buy something for me..hohoho..and they actually remember my bdae...This is the gift. A gift set from "Anna Sui". It comes with a Dolly Girl bag, a body lotion and a small perfume with a light n sweet fragrance.

Last Friday, 2nd dec 2005:
Had a pre-pre bdae celebration with my friends as 2 of my friends Cyril & Alex (no 3) are unable to make it to the actual celebration @ devils. Nevertheless, i m still greatful to them for celebrating for me. We had dinner @ Swensens (Suntec Branch). Every1 was hungry and each placed our food order. I had ordered fish & chips despite my throat infection & swollen lymph nodes at my neck areas & lower part of the face area..Saw the pics i took. My face was sooOOooo puffy. Guess i really look like a fishball. So sad :( I am glad tat its getting better now. Guys thanks for the bdae cake! I like it esp the fruits on top. heehee
